Since Bear and I were in college and had our little rent house (ya'll remember the one!!) we have planted a garden....oh yes, even in the rent house we had a garden in the back yard!!! Now that we actually have room for a great garden, our seems to be getting larger every year. It's the best thing in the world to be able to go into your back yard and pick whatever vegetable your heart desires at any given time! Plus...it's great time to spend with your hubby when you both enjoy it like we do. Last year we didn't have a big variety (just tomatos, peppers, squash and watermelon) but this year we have it all:
cucumbers
2 types of banana peppers
onions
various types of tomatoes
2 types of bell peppers
brussel sprouts
squash
eggplant
asparagus
+ my wonderful herb garden (that I can't get enough of)
This year we decided we would keep a "garden diary" to track the process.
